Archer Limited (OSE: ARCH) (“ARCH” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lars Pedersen as a Director of the Company, with effect from 3 August 2026.

Mr. Pedersen is an international maritime executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience across the shipping and offshore energy sectors.

He brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, strategic transactions, digital transformation and artificial intelligence, together with significant experience overseeing complex, capital-intensive assets and operations. Mr. Pedersen currently serves on the boards of Arundo Analytics and Northern Ocean and has completed the Executive Board Leadership Programme at Copenhagen Business School.
